 Our founder

Our founder began by working for the state department as a technician in 1989 and from there progressed to being a senior tech for vendors and working with companies such as CNN™ and HBO™. A desire to help others start their own companies eventually translated into the founding on our own. Starting in a warehouse wrapping cables, loading trucks, washing company vans, working long hours, dedicating all of his personal time to lead to the success of his career. Mr. Young did not let controversies of society distract him from his end goal. He was determined to take the lead over the years. A close German friend of his named Michael Beard took him under his wing to guide him through the success to become the first African American business owner to have a language company in the United States. Mr. Young truly admires him for all of the lessons that were taught and learned in the audio-visual field. From there he contracted with the state department, pentagon, white house and various government agencies. In 2007 Mr. Young stated his own company. His first major contract being located in Dubai for the international Bar Association. That was a major turning point in life opening bigger doors for IAS as his name began to expand. This has not been an easy road for Mr. Young but as he always says, “How you practice is how you perform”. He strives for greatness and has dedicated his life to his craft. Fast forward 25 years he has serviced all 50 states, worked with multiple presidents such as Barack Obama, Donald Trump, George Bush, and Joe Biden to name a few.
